  • When will my package arrive?
    Due to the nature of our handmade products we pack and ship all products within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. Once your product has been shipped, you can expect to receive it in 3-5 business days.
  • How are your products tested?
    I’m a product junkie, I have lots of product junkie friends and I’m hella curious. I’ve used every product AT LEAST once before it's available for sale to ensure that it meets all quality and safety expectations. We never animal test.
  • Are your products recommended for people with sensitive skin?
    Absolutely! We use all-natural ingredients and have full transparency by listing the ingredients on our website. You know you’re skin and what causes a reaction so steer clear of those ingredients or any ingredient that you are allergic to. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. Also – many of our products are customizable so you get to select the ingredients that work best for your beauty needs.
  • Do you use synthetic fragrances?
    Absolutely not. All of our fragrances are our blends of essential oils, absolutes, resins and or other botanical essences. We use organic when available and our fragrances are always phthalate-free.
  • What if my package arrives broken or damaged?
    Aww shucks. We take extra care with packaging to ensure that doesn’t happen; but if it does please contact us immediately at info@botanicalsbeauty.com.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
  • What safety guidelines apply to Botancials Beauty products?
    Keep products out of reach of children. These items are not food grade and are for external use only. Do not ingest. Make sure you don’t have any allergies to the products and ingredients prior to use. Pregnant women should consult with a physician before using. This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it should not be used by anyone who is pregnant or under the care of a medical practitioner.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    Due to the nature of our handmade products we currently do not accept returns or exchanges but we are working to implement a return/exchange policy in the near future.
  • Do you accept wholesale orders?
    Yes. Contact us directly at info@botanicalsbeauty.com. We also wholesale select merchandise via Faire.
